The Bible records lots of things. It tells of events, introduces us to places and people and reveals to us the one true God. It unfolds to us the amazing story of salvation offered to everyone. In the Bible we discover the amazing climax of history in the coming of the Messiah, Jesus, the Son of God.
As we read the Bible, we also realise it understands what we face every day. We find that it asks us questions that help us know where we are and like a compass, points us towards the direction we should take.
This Sunday, Richard Brown takes us through the first game of ‘hide and seek’ in the Bible and learn from that story how God hides things and also reveals things. We will also look at other times people tried to hide and what lessons we can draw from those stories.
