An exciting opportunity is now available for current members or those strongly connected with HumeRidge Church of Christ. The Youth Worker will be directly responsible in leading the Youth Ministry at HumeRidge and will work closely with our other Youth Workers and the Children’s and Families Pastor to provide a cohesive and exceptional ministry area.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Organising, facilitating and leading High-school Youth programs held on Friday nights;
- Developing, organising, facilitating and leading a Boy’s Youth Bible Study program;
- Being an active part of the HumeRidge preaching team;
- Recruiting, developing, training and providing leadership development for all volunteers in the Children’s Youth and Young Adults ministries; and
- Being actively involved in the Toowoomba community.
This position is available as a part-time (3 day/22.8 hours per week) role for a three-year appointment.
